THE H&G COLLECTION
HUNTING FOR GEORGE
H&G Designs have just released a new extension of their current offering called The H&G Collection which is available exclusively through affiliates (which includes me!)
This is basically a curated collection of their signature products, their OMMO products and new exclusive homewares such as; pendant lights, throws, cushions, mugs, smaller homewares - this list goes on!
For those of you who haven't heard of Hunting for George, you're missing out. This may sound dramatic, but after looking through their website, you'll see this ain't no exaggeration.
Hunting for George was created by sister duo Lucy Glade-Wright and Jo Harris. Their aesthetic is simple, good quality and well thought out but not fussy. They have done things quite differently to a lot of interiors retailers, including having a journal and online blog called 'Community' which includes a Meet The Maker section that highlights the designers and artists that are stocked in their stores.
It's always such a privilege getting to know a little bit about the people who created products and brands that I really love and Barnaby Lane is one of those! And when the creators are as lovely as Rae, it make you love the brand that little bit more. As the saying goes; "people don't buy what you do, they buy WHY you do it".
Barnaby Lane are well known for their beautifully designed and crafted dining chair, occassional chairs, stools, benches, side tables, pendants, plus more!
MILK & SUGAR: A/W 2017
Arrival Hall is homewares store in East Perth, with a difference. Not only is it a stunning converted warehouse space but it's also a concept store. The ground level is full of amazing products and the second level is a living room / dining area / kitchen (you can even purchase a killer coffee!). This all sounds great but it looks even better.
THE HOME OF HAILEY & GLENN
Milk and Sugar have released their 2017 Autumn/Winter collection (Hooray!).
It's a different direction to their previous collections, in that it has darker colours and is a bit more moody. It still has the signature freshness we love so much, that has become expected from all Milk & Sugar products.
I am especially loving the Bottled Green coloured items, but as you'll see in my fave picks below - I can never turn down grey!!

NATHAN + JAC AVANI
You'll all be familiar with the amazing label H&G Designs which I have featured multiple times on Harlow and Willow, but you may not know that it's owners - Hailey and Glenn designed and built their epic home in Queensland. I saw a photo posted on their Instagram a few weeks a go and immediately emailed Hailey asking if I could feature their home.
This is what home goals are made of!
"We built the home ourselves from scratch on the Sunshine Coast.
The block was a small 220m2 which was quiet a challenge to fit everything we wanted into it. Build 260m2
We wanted the small block to feel large and spacious so we made sure we used high ceilings wherever we could and also tall door frames.
KATE & KATE: EXHALE
The trio at Nathan + Jac have done it again with their latest curated collection 'AVANI', the perfect mixture of earthy tones and monochrome classics.
Check out the concept and lust-worthy images from their campaign shoot below, as well as my top six picks from the collection!
"AVANI, MEANING ‘EARTH’ IN SANSKRIT, BRINGS US BACK TO OUR ROOTS. DRAWING INSPIRATION FROM OUR CONNECTION WITH NATURE AND THE ENVIRONMENT AROUND US, AVANI OFFERS A RELAXED AND UNDERSTATED LOOK WITH DEPTH AND WARMTH.
AVANI’s earthy palette is inspired by nature; with tones of sage, forest, washed bronze, black, moss, seafoam, navy, taupe and washed charcoal. Soft textural elements are washed, worn or raw, with polished accents in black for a bold and contemporary contrast. This curated collection favours authenticity and imperfection in equal measures".
MILK & SUGAR: NEW SEASON
This season Kate & Kate has been inspired by a shared desire to pause, reflect and forge a considered path forward. Exhale is a collection of gradient greys, nuanced pinks and blues, free-form shapes and luxurious natural fibres - brought to life in Kate & Kate's signature Blankets, Linen Throws, Napkins, Cushions and Towels.
Exhale’s reflective mood is expressed not only in design, but also in a fine hand-stitched finish, superior quality materials, and for the first time, an exciting exploration of luxurious Alpaca wool.

Some products are available in store now, and others will be coming throughout the year. You can view them all and get your fix here!
"This season we placed a huge emphasis on simplicity and colour. Our whole range was based around a colour palette that we carefully selected and while there are some more colourful and fun printed items in our range – there is also an equal focus on creating pieces in a restrained manner.
H&G DESIGNS: ELEMENTS METAL RANGE
This feature is something a bit different for Harlow & Willow, it is a coming together of art and fashion.
habbot x Emma Lipscombe is a collaboration between Australian Shoe fashion designer Annie Abbott of habbot and WA artist Emma Lipscombe.
Emma Lipscombe (featured artist of The Design Files Open House, Artist Open House Freemantle, and celebrated in Australia’s leading publications) was invited to collaborate with Annie Abbott, Australian Shoe designer to launch a limited capsule collection which celebrates the coming together of inspiring creative women succeeding within the design/fashion landscape.
I interviewed Annie Abbott of Habbot Studios about the collaboration!

The founder, Christina Fedders grew up in Copenhagen and has curated a seriously stylish and extensive collection of products. ART CLUB CONCEPT
Have you ever looked through magazines and wished you could have the complete look in your own home?
The majority of people have no issues choosing individual items they like and have an idea of the style they are after, but struggle to put it together to create complete and resolved look.
At Nathan + Jac they have curated not only a beautiful range of products to be purchased individually, they have also put together collections in either accessory packs, or complete room packs. These packs are the final layer of decorating and ensure a cohesive look is achieved.
I hadn't heard of this service prior to finding Nathan + Jac a couple of weeks ago, it's the perfect solution for someone who wants a resolved and beautiful room without struggling to collate items yourself. They have various styles in their catalogue ranging from beautiful Scandinavian styled collections such as the Wild-Heart; or Wonderland' packs, to the seriously-stylish bachelor pad in the 'Zachari' pack.
The philosophy at Art Club Concept is "We believe an exciting interior inspires an exciting mindset"
This is a unique way of viewing the world of interiors, which is why the products they produce are so unique.
The team are not your average interior creators, they are heavily influenced by both fashion and have brought this powerful and dominant field in to their concepts. All designs are created in-house and include cushions, wall-art, clocks, vases and even skateboard decks - for decorative purposes!
Their products strike the perfect balance between youthful fun and simplicity. They allow each individual customer to style and pair their products however they wish, it's this versatility that I believe is what makes the Art Club Concept a staple in any contemporary home.
Freshcut Interiors is an Auckland based interiors and gifts store in New Zealand.
They strive to provide the New Zealand market with high quality and stylish products that would otherwise be difficult for locals to find. TheSuperCool have all your bases covered, including; accessories, candles, cards & stationery, cushions, bedding and towels, furniture, home wares, garden decor, wall art, rugs and storage! phew, that's a lot!
Clean, simple and refreshing are just a few of the words I would use to describe Kate & Kate's brand and aesthetic.
The two lovely ladies behind this brand are Kate and Kate (as the name may suggest), they are actually sisters-in-law who have together created created a brand that offers a range of Australian designed textiles and residential soft furnishings.
They have a passion for both colour and monochrome. When looking through their collection it's abundantly clear that their mission of creating products with clean lines and geometric patterns while using high-quality materials and finishing has been successfully achieved!
The chances are if you look through interiors on Instagram you have seen the super cool wooden side tables and wall shelves with the leather straps, right? But you may not know who creates these beauties.
That is H&G Designs.
Once I found their page and looked through their products, I knew I HAD to do a feature on them. They create wooden side tables, wall shelves and ladders with leather strapping and the result is beautiful! They are used in a lot of Scandinavian spaces, which is very on-trend at the moment. These products are the perfect addition for anyone who wants something a bit unique in their space that is high quality.
